Ynon Kreiz is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mattel, a leading global toy company and owner of one of the strongest portfolios of children and family entertainment franchises in the world. He joined the company as CEO in April 2018 and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2018.

Between 2018-2021, Mr. Kreiz led a transformation strategy to establish Mattel as an IP-driven, high-performing toy company and achieved significant improvements across multiple key financial metrics. Adjusted Operating Income turned positive and improved by more than $960 million, and Adjusted Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) grew eight-fold to over $1 billion. In 2021, Mattel achieved its highest annual growth rate in decades, with Net Sales up 19% and Operating Income up 95% versus the prior year.

During Mr. Kreiz’s tenure, Mattel has established its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and goals to achieve 100% recycled, recyclable, or bio-based plastic materials in all products and packaging and reduce plastic packaging by 25% per product by 2030, and to maintain 100% pay equity globally and increase representation of women and by ethnicity across all levels of the organization. Under Mr. Kreiz’s leadership, Mattel has been recognized for its achievements in workplace culture and employee well-being by several organizations, including Forbes, Time, Fast Company, the Great Place to Work Institute, and the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index.

Mr. Kreiz has had extensive experience as a corporate leader in the media and entertainment industry. Prior to joining Mattel, he was Chairman and CEO of Maker Studios, a global leader in short-form video content and one of YouTube’s largest multi-channel networks. Maker Studios was acquired by The Walt Disney Company in 2014.

Prior to Maker Studios, Mr. Kreiz was Chairman and CEO of the Endemol Group, the world's largest independent television production company and owner of major programming franchises including Big Brother and Deal or No Deal. Under Mr. Kreiz’s leadership, Endemol produced more than 10,000 hours of programming a year. He also strengthened the company’s creative output, expanded into scripted content, and built its distribution business.

Before Endemol, Mr. Kreiz was a General Partner at Balderton Capital (formerly Benchmark Capital Europe), one of the leading early-stage startup investors in Europe.

Prior to Balderton, Mr. Kreiz co-founded Fox Kids Europe NV where he served as Chairman and CEO. Under his leadership, Fox Kids became one of the fastest growing pay TV channels in Europe and the Middle East and operated pay TV channels across 54 countries, broadcasting in 17 languages. The majority ownership of Fox Kids Europe NV was acquired by The Walt Disney Company in 2002.

Mr. Kreiz received a BA degree in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He serves on the Board of Directors of Warner Music Group and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the UCLA Anderson School of Management as well as the Paley Center for Media. Mr. Kreiz is also a member of Business Roundtable, an association of chief executive officers of America’s leading companies.

R. Todd Bradley, Operating Partner, One Equity Partners

R. Todd Bradley serves as an Operating Partner of One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm formed in 2001. From December 2016 to May 2017, Mr. Bradley served as Chief Executive Officer of Mozido, Inc., a leading digital payment and mobile commerce provider. Prior to that, from June 2014 to December 2014, Mr. Bradley served as president of TIBCO Software, Inc., an integration, analytics and event-processing software company. Previously, Mr. Bradley held senior leadership positions with the Hewlett-Packard Company, including Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives (June 2013 to June 2014), Executive Vice President of Printing and Personal Systems Group (March 2012 to June 2013), and Executive Vice President of the Personal Systems Group (June 2005 to March 2012). In addition, from October 2003 to March 2005, Mr. Bradley served as CEO of PalmOne, Inc., the pioneering personal digital assistant (PDA) maker that helped pave the way for smartphones and other connected mobile devices.

Adriana Cisneros, Chief Executive Officer of Cisneros

Adriana Cisneros has served as Chief Executive Officer of Cisneros, a global enterprise focused on media and entertainment, digital advertising solutions, real estate and social leadership, since 2013. Previously, she served in a variety of leadership capacities with Cisneros, including Vice Chairman and Director of Strategy before assuming the role of CEO. Ms. Cisneros also currently serves as President of Fundación Cisneros, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving access to education in Latin America. Ms. Cisneros serves as a Director and Executive Committee Member of the Board of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, a Trustee of the Paley Center for Media and co-Chair of Endeavor Miami, an organization dedicated to promoting high impact entrepreneurship. Michael Dolan, Former Chief Executive Officer of Bacardi Limited

Michael Dolan served as Chief Executive Officer of Bacardi Limited, the largest privately held spirits company in the world, from November 2014 to September of 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Dolan served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Bacardi (May 2014 to November 2014). From November 2011 to May 2014, Mr. Dolan served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of IMG Worldwide, a global leader in sports, fashion and media entertainment. Prior to that, Mr. Dolan served at IMG as President and Chief Operating Officer, from April 2011 to November 2011, and before that as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, from April 2010 to April 2011. Mr. Dolan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom, Inc., a leading global entertainment content company, from May 2004 to December 2006. Mr. Dolan served as Senior Advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., a leading private equity firm with substantial investments in many large consumer retail companies, from October 2004 to May 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Dolan served in the following positions with Young & Rubicam, Inc., a marketing and communications company: Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (2001 to 2003), Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer (2000 to 2001) and Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer (1995 to 2000).

Diana Ferguson, Principal of Scarlett Investments LLC

Diana Ferguson serves as a principal of Scarlett Investments LLC, a firm that invests in and advises middle-market consumer products companies, which she founded in 2013. Ms. Ferguson also served as Chief Financial Officer of Cleveland Avenue LLC, a privately held venture capital and consulting firm, from September 2015 to December 2020. Previously, Ms. Ferguson was Chief Financial Officer of the Chicago Board of Education, leading a staff of more than 200 professionals and managing all aspects of the organization’s more than $6 billion financial operations. Prior to joining the Chicago Board of Education, Ms. Ferguson was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Folgers Coffee Company, a division of Procter and Gamble, and was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Merisant Worldwide. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ferguson held the roles of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sara Lee Foodservice and Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development of Sara Lee Corporation, where she played a leadership role in the Company's portfolio transformation, including the successful spin-off of Hanesbrands Inc., as well as several business divestitures and acquisitions. Ms. Ferguson is a member of the Boards of Directors of Invacare Corporation, where she serves on the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees, and Sally Beauty Holdings, where she serves on the Audit Committee and is Vice Chair of the Compensation Committee. From 2014-2021, Ms. Ferguson was a member of the Board of Directors of Frontier Communications, where she served on the Nominating and Governance Committee and chaired the Compensation Committee. From 2008-2016, Ms. Ferguson was a member of the Board of Directors of TreeHouse Foods, where she chaired the Audit Committee for three years and served on the Compensation Committee.

Soren Laursen, Former Chief Executive Officer of TOP-TOY

From April 2016 to January 2018, Mr. Laursen served as Chief Executive Officer of TOP-TOY, the largest retailer of toys and children's products in the Nordic region, operating approximately 300 retail locations in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, along with multiple stores in Germany. Prior to that, Mr. Laursen held a variety of senior leadership roles with The LEGO Group. Mr. Laursen served as President of LEGO Systems, Inc., from January 2004 to March 2016. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President, Europe North and Europe East (2000 to 2003); Senior Vice President, Special Markets (1999 to 2000); and Vice President/General Manager, LEGO New Zealand (1995 – 1999). Mr. Laursen serves as an advisor to The Toy Association – the leading toy industry trade group – where he also served as a member of the association's Board of Directors from 2004 to 2014 and as Chairman from 2012 to 2014.

Ann Lewnes, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development of Adobe Systems, Inc.

Roger Lynch, Chief Executive Officer of Conde Nast

Roger Lynch serves as Chief Executive Officer of Condé Nast, a global media company. Prior to joining Conde Nast in 2019, Mr. Lynch served as President and CEO of Pandora, the streaming music provider that was acquired by SiriusXM Holdings Inc. Before that, Mr. Lynch served as the founding CEO of Sling TV Holding L.L.C., the streaming television service of DISH Network LLC that delivers live sports, news and entertainment to broadband-connected devices. Prior to Sling, from 2009 to 2012, Mr. Lynch served as Executive Vice President, Advanced Technologies of DISH. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lynch served as Chairman and CEO of Video Networks International, Ltd., an internet protocol television provider in the United Kingdom. Mr. Lynch also served as President and CEO of Chello Broadband N.V., a broadband Internet service provider with operations in 10 European countries. Prior to Chello, Mr. Lynch was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley. Mr. Lynch is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Pandora, and the Board of Overseers of the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Dominic Ng, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of East West Bancorp, Inc. and East West Bank

Dominic Ng is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of East West Bank, a top performing commercial bank with a differentiated focus on the U.S. and China markets headquartered in California. Judy Olian, PhD, serves as President of Quinnipiac University. Prior to this, Dr. Olian served as Dean of UCLA Anderson School of Management and as the John E. Anderson Chair in Management for more than 12 years. Under Dr. Olian's leadership, UCLA Anderson hired a record number of faculty, expanded its prestigious Board of Visitors and raised more than $450 million for students and faculty support, innovative programming and capital improvements. Prior to that, Dr. Olian served as Dean and Professor of Management at the Smeal College of Business Administration at Pennsylvania State University.
